FLOYD TUCKER, PH.D., SPHR Partner Dr. Tucker is a nationally respected human resource
consultant and coach. Floyd is also a
sought after mediator, resolving complex interpersonal issues within
organizations. He has established
three human resource departments at regional, and national levels. He has been an effective educational
administrator in the United States and Central-Europe, and established a
special education cooperative in Illinois that served thirteen rural school
districts. Floyd led a major expansion
of a rehabilitation facility that served visually and mentally challenged
adults. He also revitalized the Staff
Development Department at a large University to better serve administrators,
professors, hospital, professional and support staffs. For over thirty years, Dr Tucker has been an Adjunct
Professor teaching courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational
Development and Conflict Resolution at SUNY Brockport, New York, the Rochester
Institute of Technology
in New York, Roosevelt University in Chicago Illinois, and the University of Southern Bohemia in the Czech Republic. |
